Sweet Home Celebration is the sole owner of the information collected on The Sweet Home Celebration web site. Other collection of information is from our partners at several different points on ihouse2000 Web site as well as other Realtor® Partner sites.

The information utilized on this site, is to provide a personalized experience on our site to pre-fill forms used throughout this web site where possible, and contact the user about services on our site for which he/she has expressed interest, specifically when user requests to personally view a property through our "Listings and Rentals" links.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies, and do not use persistent cookies. Our cookies do not store any personally identifying information about you. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates within the hour.
The user will be limited one area of our site. The user will not be able to access the ADMINISTRATOR'S LOGIN PAGE.

Service Announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an e-mail. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.


Customer Service
We will communicate with you on a regular basis to provide requested services in regards to issues relating to rental properties and property listings, We will reply via e-mail or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.
We Share Personal Information with our Realtor® Partner, only when user requests an appointment to personally view a particular property listed for sale or for rent. We then forward this request with user contact information to Realtor® Partner to follow-up with user and confirm requested appointment.
